Hi! I am JohnStewart, owner of Real Pro Auto Service! After Many years in the automotive industry, I have had many friends and good clients share with me some of their greatest concerns. They ask me:

When I go to shops they always try to add things on that I didn't want or need...How are you different?

I see ads for CHEAP brake jobs...why don't you do that?

I'd like to share my response to these with you. First of all, our goal is to educate our clients, so that THEY are empowered  to make the right decision for their family.

  • We always inspect your vehicle the same way we'd want our doctor to check us over when we visit them. Top to bottom, and with thourough documentation! We share everything we see with you, and help you prioritize any items that YOU may decide you need.
  • Most of those "coupons" or "offers" are not in your best interest if you carefully read the fine print! Our parents taught us that if it sounds to good to be true it probably IS! The "warranties" offered in these situations are usually PRORATED, or ONLY on the parts, which are the cheapest part of the transaction! We have seen first hand the dollars lost, the time wasted, the aggravation and frustration felt by many people taken advantage of by a "great deal". The stories we have heard of the $89.00 brake job which when actually estimated comes to more than $1200.00 are a common occurance at our shop. We have literally saved customers hundreds of dollars by inspecting a vehicle and offering our findings on what the vehicle actually needs!
  • Our technicians and customer service staff are the most honest and ethical people in auto repair today. I hire and train them that way. They are part of my family. They know what I expect!
