"In 1998, I moved with my family from the Detroit, MI area to Grand Rapids, MI. One of my concerns was finding a good auto repair and service company. Shortly after moving to the area I met John Stewart and Real Pro.

Over the years Real Pro has serviced all my family's cars. When my daughter moved back to the Detroit area, we felt so strongly about Real Pro that we have her bring her Mustang back to John and Real Pro for all the repair and service. I will not have my family riding in vehicles that I worry about, and Real Pro takes the worry away. On our new vehicles, as soon as any "obligatory service" from the dealer is performed, the car comes back to Real Pro for all maintenance. In fact, I have had my car "looked at" by Real Pro before taking it to the dealer for warranty work, because Real Pro has earned my trust. My wife and I have been customers for over four years, first with a Pontiac Grand Prix, and then with a Pontiac Aztec. Throughout that time, not once have we had a reason to complain about the service you have provided.

We wish to compliment you on not just your service, but the way in which you have handled both of our vehicles as though they were your own. It is seldom that one finds people who are concerned not just with making a dollar, but actually care about about their customers, and go the extra mile to help in every fashion possible.

Whenever anyone asks us anything about vehicle service, we always tell them about you and strongly recommend that they use you. The person who purchased our Grand Prix , was told that you people had the complete service record of the vehicle, and that they could not find anyone who knew it better. Unfortunately they chose not to pay attention, at least not yet. The girl's father has had trouble with two other vehicles, troubles that could have been avoided with proper maintenance, and we have kidded him about not making use of your services.
