I thought I would take a moment to write you this letter of appreciation. As you know I recently began having you and your people do  the service work on my 1998 Ford van. Well, right from the start, I could tell working with you and your team was going to be a much more pleasant experience than what I had been used to with other repair companies in the past.

The first thing I noticed was how frindly you and your people were and how sincere everyone was in making me more than satisfied with my experience of the first visit. They say in business... "you never get a second chance for a first impression."... and you and your team of people seem to be well aware of this critical success factor of business. But even better than that, you and your people are consistent in this approach as I continue to make additional visits.

I would also like to comment on your honest and direct approach. You made me feel confident that what you were recommending to me was what I needed, which has proven to be true. This ahs built a high trust level between your company and me and it is the number one factor I use to decide if I will continue to use an automotive repair company and also recommend it to others. Plus, when I have a problem, you look into it rather than brushing it off or giving me excuses.

Keep up the great work. You cannot help but be a success operating like this. I will continue to recommend you to others.

My wife and I have been customers for over four years, first with a Pontiac Grand Prix, and then with a Pontiac Aztec. Throughout that time, not once have we had a reason to complain about the service you have provided.

We wish to compliment you on not just your service, but the way in which you have handled both of our vehicles as though they were your own. It is seldom that one finds people who are concerned not just with making a dollar, but actually care about about their customers, and go the extra mile to help in every fashion possible.

Whenever anyone asks us anything about vehicle service, we always tell them about you and strongly recommend that they use you. The person who purchased our Grand Prix , was told that you people had the complete service record of the vehicle, and that they could not find anyone who knew it better. Unfortunately they chose not to pay attention, at least not yet. The girl's father has had trouble with two other vehicles, troubles that could have been avoided with proper maintenance, and we have kidded him about not making use of your services.
